We are excited to announce the launch of the PayPay for Business mobile app, a payment management tool designed specifically for our merchant partners.
Until now, PayPay for Business was available only as a web-based service accessed through a browser. With the new mobile app, merchants can now manage their business more conveniently from their smartphones, including processing refunds and checking sales transactions anytime, anywhere.
In addition to the existing payment method—where customers scan a merchant’s QR code using the PayPay app—the PayPay for Business app supports even more flexible ways to accept payments. Merchants can now:
Scan a customer’s PayPay QR code directly using the PayPay for Business app
Display a QR code within the PayPay for Business app for customers to scan and complete their payment
These options make it even easier and more convenient to accept cashless payments in a variety of business settings.
Looking ahead, we plan to introduce additional features that will benefit both merchants and customers. Future enhancements will include tools that allow merchants to create their own coupons, run promotions, and communicate with customers more effectively. We are committed to continuously expanding the platform with new capabilities that help businesses grow while providing an even better experience for PayPay users.
