Hiring for experienced Finance Business Development and Marketing service providers
PayPay, a fintech company that has surpassed 61 million users (as of December 2023) in the five years since it launched its service in 2018, is working with PayPay Securities, which will start anew as the PayPay Group in 2021, using code payments as an entry point to PayPay, a fintech company, is working to create new fintech services with PayPay Securities, which will start anew as PayPay Group in 2021.
This event is an online Hiring session for experienced Business Development, Planning, and Marketing service providers in the financial industry who will create the financial and FinTech business of such PayPay Group. The event will feature a panel discussion with the first four names leading PayPay Securities, and will provide a behind-the-scenes look at the development of services that have been rolled out to date, as well as the business vision, culture, and climate that PayPay Securities is aiming for. I began my career in the credit card industry after graduating, then transitioned to a fintech company. After being engaged in business development, management planning, and M&A, I joined SoftBank Corp. in 2016. I played a central role in new business development in the fintech area, including the founding of PayPay. In June 2022, I became the CEO & Representative Director of PayPay Securities.
Masamichi Yasuda

Mr. Yasuda has been in charge of financial business as Director, Executive Vice President & Director, COO, Corporate Officer of PayPay Corporation since January 2022.
Previously, he served as Director and Senior Executive Officer, CRO, and Market Business Division Head of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc. and Director and Vice President of Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities, Inc. He was appointed as Non-Executive Director of PayPay Securities in June 2011.
Yanase Masayoshi

Joined Vodafone Corp. as Vodafone Group Marketing, Product & Service Division, SoftBank Mobile Corp, Product Strategy Manager, SoftBank U.S. Inc, Product Strategy Manager, SoftBank Corp/ Business Development Division, FinTech Business Planning After serving as Senior Manager, Business Development Division, SoftBank Corp. He is currently in charge of financial services (asset management, banking mini app, Earn Bonus management, insurance mini app, digital payroll payment, and launching new financial businesses) and inbound payments.
Junichi Nagayama

Junichi Nagayama joined PayPay Card Corporation as a new graduate and was involved in Service Planning, and after working in inter-company alliance and Finance Business Development at LINE Corporation, he joined SoftBank Corp. in 2020 and was in charge of new business development in the FinTech area and the launch of PayPay Securities Corporation, etc. He has been in his current position since October 2023.
