On Tuesday, June 24, 2025, TechPlay will host an online event titled “Empowering AI: Company-wide Rollout of AI Infrastructure and LLMOps in Practice ─ Behind PayPay’s Multi-LLM Utilization and Operations.”
As generative AI transitions from the PoC phase to full-scale implementation and operation, what’s truly needed is a “secure and safe AI environment that’s actually used on the ground.”
At PayPay, we’ve been building an internal API platform for various LLMs like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude. This has enabled us to create conversational bots that run on Slack and design systems that allow users to switch between language models.
In this event, engineers responsible for developing and providing a safe and flexible multi-LLM environment will join core members from the AI Utilization Promotion Office, who are in charge of developing and improving internal AI tools like Slack bots that employees want to use daily.
They’ll share practical insights on:
- Language model switching design
- How to proceed with RAG configurations
- Improving bot UX
- Authorization design in operations
