On Tuesday, November 29, 2022, TechPlay will host a Recruiting Event titled “Corporate Engineers’ Approach to Support PayPay’s Rapid Growth – Behind the Scenes of Development that Simultaneously Achieves Fast Development Speed and High Security Standards – [PayPay Growth Tech vol.4]”.
In order for a financial service provider with high security standards to achieve such rapid growth, it is essential to provide an environment where employees can focus on their work and maximize their performance, in addition to the growth of PayPay itself.
In order to provide such an environment, “System Division,” which is engaged in development aimed at improving the efficiency of internal operations.
The System Division receives daily consultations on systems for B2B and internal systems.What is the best system and infrastructure environment for each business based on the consultation? We are examining the best system and infrastructure environment for each business based on the consultation.We are involved in Service System Planning, Technology Selection and Proposal, and in some cases, we may change Service System itself.
In many cases, development is done by full scratch, but even in those cases, the time from Planning to rollout is 3 to 6 months, which is as fast as business development.
In the first half of the event, we will talk about the key points of Service System Planning and technology selection to streamline and accelerate Service System Planning from the perspective of application development, as well as the background and approaches that have realized fast development speed based on actual examples.
