Our 22 sales offices all over Japan work closely with our partner companies and merchants.
We’ve already relocated three times as our business keeps growing. Since September 2020, we’ve shifted into “Work From Anywhere at Anytime (WFA)” workstyle.
We have 22 sales bases nationwide, so we have a high number of employees dedicated to sales.
Work is done in a place where you can concentrate. It can be at home or in one of our satellite offices under our WFA policy. We can also gather in the office once in a while to discover new value as a team and spend time with our colleagues.

We have about 40 nationalities at PayPay. Our service being so unique and sophisticated is simply because we create and build our product from the best of all of our knowledge.
Our official languages are Japanese and English. In addition, the diagrams, graphs, and pictures drawn on the whiteboard, not to mention “willingness to communicate” to pursue a cashless society, may also be called official languages.
